Use roughly 3,000 m² per tower for obstructed building or plant work and 4,000 m² per tower for open linear works. Round up, then add a unit if the job has a critical window that cannot slip.
Account for the wind on coastal sites
Open ground near the straits catches more wind than an inland site. Masts are designed for it, but plan the position with room to lower the mast if conditions turn — that is a siting decision worth making in daylight.
